You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and passwords you create. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Users must treat our staff members with respect and professionalism. Abusive behavior, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services. You agree not to misrepresent yourself or provide false information to obtain our cleaning services. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as per our pricing policy. We will work with you to reschedule services when possible, but repeated cancellations may result in the termination of your service agreement.
